Open Level class, suitable for beginner or experienced dancers looking to go back to basics. If you’ve ever wondered how ballet dancers move their arms so beautifully or how they remember to always point their toes, this class is for you. Focus on position, alignment, balance, and poise. The studio has no built-in ballet barre, so class will begin with easy to follow ‘floor barre’ and ‘center barre’ foundational exercises with emphasis on core integration. In the second half of each class, we will glide and twirl across the floor with grace and confidence!
